I turned 27 on Friday. I had some people pick at me about almost being 30. I can tell you that I am not sad about being 30 in three years. I think that the 30's will be a good decade. Anyway! My birthday weekend was great! I went and spent the day with my family ( minus Michael because he had to work :( ). My dad bought the kids a little inflatable pool. Since I wasn't aware they would be swimming, Anna Claire had to swim in her undies... It was funny. :)

My family came up Sunday and took us out to eat at P.F. Chang and then we went shopping. Anna Claire is going to be my little shopping buddy. She loves to try on shoes and loves jewelry. She helped me pick out shoes at Charming Charlie. I almost didn't get her back in her own shoes to leave the store. Paxton, on the other hand, only liked to sit with the men ( in the air condition ) and look at women... typical man. :)
On Monday, since Michael had to work until three, the kids and I hung out around the house. I "tried" to get some laundry done. Paxton played hard apparently.

When Michael got home we stuck the kids in the pool and grilled some chicken. It was a good day. :) Looking forward to another great weekend!
