No Labor Weekend!

No Labor weekend meant just that... No Labor at all!!  I have the picture to prove it!

Yes that is Michael located under about two weeks worth of laundry that I FINALLY got around to folding.  We didn't do anything productive this weekend.  I we needed that.  Friday night, we met my cousins for supper and ice cream.  Yes, we went to Yogn Frut again :)

We went to Oxford early Saturday morning for the Ole Miss game.  I am not much of a football fan, but I did enjoy the atmosphere.  I think its the season of Fall that is in the air at football games.  Everyone seems happy even if you don't win.  My kids liked it too :)

We had a great time!  We were definitely tired when we got home Saturday night (closer to Sunday morning).

I am going a little out of order here but I took Paxton to his two week check up Friday and I am happy to report that he has PRETTY EARS!  He even woke up with a cold that morning and he had a runny nose!  A RUNNY NOSE!  I don't think I have ever been excited about a runny nose before.  Since its not settling in his ears, its coming out through his nose ( I know that is gross haha).

Anna Claire had her back to school night last Monday.  I have really enjoyed her being at her new school. She loves her teachers and has made lots of new friends.  I didn't take very good pictures because she wouldn't stand still long enough :)

She loves the bleachers.  What kid doesn't?  I bet Michael and I told her to sit down about 50 times that night.

Her classroom.  I wanted her to sit in her seat to get a picture, but that was not happening.

And we can't forget little brother who came to big sister's back to school night.

This stillness didn't last long...

He had his daddy walking back and forth!

This past week I have been doing a little internet searching on some Christmas presents.  I am loving Melissa and Doug.  These items in particular:

I would get Pax the green one!  They look so much fun for spend the nights with grandparents!

And finally:

I hope everyone has a GREAT week!  We are enjoying some awesome weather here!

  1. I love Melissa and Doug toys, too! I can't wait until Jack is old enough to play with all of the food sets!
